Notice: Updates To The Member Account Replacement Wizard
Recently we have gone and made updates to the Member Account Replacement Wizard. You may notice little differences in the layout, a new CLOSE button on the top right and also a running timer before the Replacement Wizard times out. We also made some adjustments on the back end that will make the submission of the replacements faster moving forward.
Brivo Facilities will notice that any start and end dates adjusted in replacements will be updated in Brivo Member Management. Still after any replacement it will be the facilities responsibility to make sure to go into Brivo Member Management for that member to properly check that the member is active in Brivo. If the member is not active they will need to go through the proper process to create that member.
