New Feature Release - Improved Add A Member Wizard

Hello eFit Financial Users,

We’re excited to announce some new features that were released on Sunday, January 26th to the Club Advantage system!

Note:  Any club using an electronic signature pad to capture signatures on their membership contracts will need to schedule an appointment with Technical Support for a quick software update before they can use the new Add A Member Wizard.  Please contact the Technical Support team at 877-772-3348 to to schedule your update.  Thank you.

 

Introducing the newly redesigned Add A Member Wizard.  Specific features include:

  • Simplified one-page entry for essential member information – enter all the required information quickly and easily when building a new membership.  Even the optional personal information is nicely consolidated onto a second tab for quick navigation through the feature.

  • Magnetic card reader integration – Already have a magnetic card reader?  Use it to swipe credit or debit cards to populate member’s payment information directly into the Add A Member Wizard.  Be on the lookout for additional swipe functionality for state driver’s licenses as well!  (If you’d like to order a magnetic card reader for use with eFit Financial, please let us know during your Add A Member Wizard demonstration.)

  • Custom membership templates – do all your members use the same type of plans?  Save some time by creating membership templates for an even easier contract entry process.

  • Instant credit card validation – this handy new tool will confirm if your member has a valid credit card before submission into the system.  This can drastically reduce phone calls and member follow-ups regarding declined or unprocessed payments.

  • Instant payment processing – this new feature addition will you to process down payments and initiation fees immediately upon contract submission into Club Advantage system (only applies to facilities utilizing full-service billing).

  • Member photos – a new feature that will allow you to capture member photos through Club Advantage during contract entry process instead of through the FCCS attendance tracking program.

  • MAP registration codes – do your members use the Member Access Portal?  Make it even simpler by creating the MAP registration codes directly from the Add A Member Wizard.

  • Confirmation page – review all the member’s information and make any necessary changes before the contract is added into the Club Advantage system.
