URGENT: Running Your FCCS Updates!!!!
We here at eFit Financial will be having another server update ran due to PCI compliance. Your Front Counter Check In System (or FCCS for short) will need to be updated. If not updated when the server update is released it can cause issues where FCCS will be unable to properly transfer data.
 Below is a quick and easy guide for you to be able to run this update. The update itself should only take about 1-2 minutes. Before running the update we will need to run a data transfer as to ensure we do not lose any Information. Please open FCCS and select the Transfer Data button on the top. Once the Data Transfer is complete we will then be able to run the update.

To be able to access the update please run your cursor and click on Action on the top left hand corner. A drop down will appear where you will see the selection Get Updates. Please run your cursor and click Get Updates.

A pop up will appear informing you to run a Data Transfer. If you did skip step one please run a Data Transfer and start over. If you did not skip step one please select Yes and start the update

Once you have selected yes it will close out of FCCS and start the update. This screen will appear showing you the files that are being updated. Once the update is complete please select OK and re-start FCCS. You should have no issues with FCCS and it should be business as normal. If you do run into issues please feel free to call our customer service at 877-772-3348 where our Technical Support can assist you.
