We at eFit Financial are always looking for ways to improve our customer service and we are proud to announce a new way for your members to make their payments. Our new IVR (Interactive Voice Response) pay system will make it easier than ever for your members to make their payment. Members when they call into eFit Financial through our customer service number 866-462-3348, they will now have an option to be forwarded to this service or one of our customer service representatives.

Our new automated system will allow members to make payments fast and efficient. If a member has a problem while trying to make a payment they can be forwarded anytime to our customer service staff here for assistance.
