Feature Update: Upgrade To The Sign Up Page In The Activity Scheduler

Hello eFit Financial Users,

                We are happy to announce the new update to the Sign up page in the Activity Scheduler. It will be easier than ever to e-mail Instructors of members who have signed up for activities, set up repeat bookings for members if they attend activities on a regular basis and record sessions for members who have session activity packages.

The Activity section of the new Sign up Members screen is where you can email an instructor of members signing up and also where you can set up repeat booking of a member and that specific activity. If you have any questions regarding any of these fields just run your mouse over the name of the sections and a dialogue window will appear instructing you on what the field does.

The Sign Up Members section is where you will find the member who wishes to sign up for the activity. If that member has a Session Activity package for that specific Activity you can go to the Package section and select the Session package

 

Once the Activity is complete the instructor can go back into the Sign Up Member screen and be able to record sessions for all of the members who attended the session easily!!
