New Feature Release: Brand New File Management Feature!!!!!!!!

Hello eFit Users

We at eFit Financial are delighted to announce our new File Management feature . If your facility has other documents or certifications that your members need to sign you will now be able to have one place where they can be organized and either printed or emailed. You will also be able to upload this files to that specific member account as well for your records. Below is a brief rundown of what it looks like and how it works.

You will be able to find this under the File Management section on the Club Administration Tab. You will need to be a level 5 user to be able to make adjustments on this feature

If you select Upload Club Files, you will be able to upload Word Documents,PDF and Excel Spreadsheets. If you would like a full rundown of documents that can be uploaded please let us know

You will then be able to go to the Look Up Club Files and be able to View and Print these files to give to members to fill out or Email the files to the members to fill out and send back in to be uploaded onto their accounts

When you receive a filled out file from a member and want to attach that file to a members account, you will bring up Member Maintenance. As you can see there will be a new tab enabled on Member Maintenance, that is Account Info. You will select that tab and see a link where you can upload a new file onto the members account. A upload screen will appear where you will be able to select the name and type. You will then browse and find the file and upload that onto the members account

This feature will not be included in the basic features we offer in Club Advantage. The pricing is on a tiered system, based on how much storage space this feature is utilizing by your facility. It will be $15 a month for 500MB of data and under, $30 a month for over 500MB and under 1GB of data and $50 a month for 1GB and over of data.
