New Feature Release!!! New And Improved Post A Payment!!!!!!!!

Hello eFit Users,

We have been hard at work over the last few months updating pieces to the Club Advantage software and we are proud to announce a full upgrade to the Post a Payment Feature. It has all of the same basic functionality and user friendly interface of the old version with a few new features and an updated look that will sure catch your eye.

 

When you open Post a Payment this is the screen you will be viewing. You will be able to search for members by selecting the Magnifying Glass and with the tab you will be able to direct easily to Open Invoices, Membership Dues or Activity Packages.

 

 

Once you have found a members account you can select the open invoice number where it will inform you of the Transaction ID, the date when the Invoice was created and a basic Description. If the member has made any Partial Payments on these invoices they will appear on there as well accordingly.

 

Another feature we have added is that Post a Payment will not allow you to create credits for members through Post a Payment with open invoices (Items Due) This should avoid confusion with facilities posting payments into member accounts as you are now required to select the invoice you wish the member to pay for.

 

 

When posting the payment all you have to do is Type the amount the member is paying in the Amount Line. Then go over to the Right and click on the item they wish to pay for. Go over to the Payment Method line to select how they are making the payment then Select Confirm Payment.

It will then forward you to the Confirmation Screen. Any open Invoices being paid under the Invoices line and any future payments for Membership dues or Activity Packages will appear under their corresponding lines below.

 

Once the payment has been posted you will have the option of course to Print or Email the member a receipt.
