New Credit/Debit Card Validation Process!!!

Hello all eFit Clients,

Over the last few weeks a few of our clients have been having issues with validating credit card information. This has not allowed them to update credit card information, process instant payments or complete adding new members into Club Advantage. As you can imagine this has been a little more than just an inconvenience.

We are happy to say that moving forward this should not be an issue. We at eFit Financial have changed how the credit card validation process works.  Moving forward for any credit card when going through the validation process the CVV number and Billing Zip Code attached to your members account will be required. You will be able to find the CVV number on the back of a debit or credit card and the Billing Zip Code should be under the Billing Address information. The CVV number WILL NOT be saved in our system but it will be sent to the member’s bank for verification. Once verification has been done, the member’s card info will be saved and payments will be able to process.
