Sometimes if a client saves a form, the Event Manager program may interpret multiple field options with the same name as a duplicate and give a “concurrent saving error”. 

Error:  Concurrent save pending.  This form is presently being saved by another user so it cannot be loaded for editing.  Please try again in a few minutes.

To unlock form:

• Click to Edit the form, and go to the Fields tab.

• Edit the URL and append "&oktoload=1" – the form will then load, even though it senses a corruption.

• Click Save – the saving process will clean up the corruption and unlock it.
