Generating A New Form

Organization/Business Name - Enter the name of your organization or the host of the event.

Logo - If you wish to upload your logo, click ‘Upload’.  This will allow you to browse your computer and choose any file you wish.

Enter your event description text.

Click on Form Header  - Customize - to make modifications to the Description including adding images, tables, or changing font size, color, and alignment and more!

This screen will open up:

 

Check the box for 'Customize form header?' to make any modifications.

 

Enter the event contact person and their contact information.

 

Enter a venue address if you have one for your event. If you enter a valid address your form will include a Google map with the option for the registrant to enlarge it or to gather to/from directions from a separate browser window.      

Then Save or hit Save & next to move onto Fields.
