How to Use the Bulk Edit Tool on the Reporting Tab
The Bulk Edit tool on the Reporting tab allows you to update in mass any custom field for all registrants on a form or for a selection of members. Use case examples include updating a Hidden Management Field or moving a group of registrants from one field selection to another.

To use the Bulk Edit options, you will need to select registrants from the same form. You can either select registrants from the Reporting tab or from the Forms tab.
Selecting from Forms:
In the Forms tab, click the Registrants button on the right side next to your form name.
Clicking the Registrants button will open the Reporting tab with your form already filtered.
Selecting from Reporting Tab:
In the Reporting tab, click on Select Forms. Choose your form from the list. Click OK.
To filter your list further, click Select Fields and choose the field name and option to filter. Click Update Registrant Search.
How to Bulk Edit Registrant Fields
Once you have your list, click the Bulk Edit button at the bottom of the Reporting screen.
Choose the field you want to change. Click Continue.
The next screen will show all the members your change will affect. All registrants will be selected by default. Uncheck any that you do not want to be affected by your edits.
To select or deselect everyone on the list, click (un)select all.
Note: If you have a large list with a limited number of affected registrants, unselect all. Select anyone that needs to be changed.
