The Member Manager More tab houses our Chat option. Click Chat to contact our software support Team.

  1. More>Chat (Chat is Available)

    1. Click the Chat option to start a Live Chat with one of our Support Team members. 

    2. Enter your name and email address to begin the chat.

If our chat team is currently unavailable, please enter your name, email address, and a detailed question. Our chat system will automatically create a support ticket and send your information to our support team. A team member will follow up with you as soon as possible to answer your question.
