New Feature Release: Live Front Counter Check In System

We are happy to announce a new and improved LIVE FRONT COUNTER CHECK IN SYSTEM. This version eliminates the need of a Data Transfer, takes pictures of members easier, and much, much more.

A new sleek design informs you of the check-in with your members with speed and efficiency. The new layout breaks down basic member information along with messages and picture taking. All of the same features in the previous version are included as well as it appears on the right such as Manual Check In, Club Attendance and access to Member Maintenance and Guest and Prospects

One of the intuitive features we have implemented with the Live Front Counter Check in System is being able to check in members that are sign up for classes/activities. Members can sign up for activities in the Member Access Portal or your Trainers/Employees can sign up members for classes in the Activity Scheduler.

Once a member is signed up for a class and they scan in this screen will appear. This will show the name of the class, time it takes place and the instructor/trainer. You will click on the activity and then the member is checked in for attendance and also the class.

We also have a Members Only Mode. This has been designed for facilities that have a Front Facing Check in system for their members. It will show all of the basic information for the member but without access to all of the other functions that the Front Counter Check in System offers.
