Editing Expiration Dates

There are times when you want to either re-instate your clients sessions that have expired or expire sessions that your clients haven't used. There are 2 ways that you can edit expiration dates. From the member account area for sessions that are current in the remaining area, or from the appointments outstanding report, for both current and expired sessions.

To edit a Member's current items

  • Click on Members.

  • Search for the desired Member.

  • Click on the Member.

  • Click on Account.

  • Click on Remaining.

  • Check the box next to the item you want to edit.

  • Select a new date from the calendar.

  • Click Change Expiration

To edit a group of Members at the same time

You can edit current products that your members have remaining

  • Click on Reports.

  • Click on Appointments Outstanding.

  • Set any filters for your search.

  • Click Search.

  • Check the box(es) next to the Member and Product that you want to edit.

  • Change the Calendar to reflect the change you want.

  • Click Change Expiration.

You can expire products that are still current so that your members won't be able to use them any longer.

To edit part of the Members Expired products

If the member has multiple sets if items that have expired and you don't want to set all of them to current you can select a specific set of items to mark as current.

  • Click Report

  • Click Appointments Outstanding

  • Set up the search parameters

  • Click Search

  • Click on the Product

This will take you to the second level of the report which will show all the products that were purchased broken down by the set or packages that they were purchased in. If the item is part of a package and you reset it all the items that are a part of that package will get reset.

Now you are on the second level on the report:

  • Select the tick box next to the set of Products that you want to edit

  • Select the date from the calendar

  • Click Change Expiration

By utilizing this you will be able to adjust the number of sessions that your members have remaining.
