How To Apply Free Payment To Membership Contracts
Use the free payment cycles feature to give free payments at the start or at the end of your membership contracts. You can apply free payments at the:
A) Start of an Open End contract
B) Start of a Fixed Term contract
C) End of a Fixed Term contract
A) APPLY FREE PAYMENT CYCLES TO START OF AN OPEN END CONTRACT
Log in to your eFit Club Advantage account with your user credentials.
Navigate to one of the following screens:
For new members, click on Primary under Member Management on the Operations page, and in the list that appears click on Add.
To edit a contract template, click Contract Templates on the Administration page.
Under Contract Terms, navigate to the Free Cycles to Start Term field.
In the Free Cycles to Start Term field, enter the quantity of free payments to apply.Â
Press Save.

B) APPLY FREE PAYMENT CYCLES TO START OF A FIXED TERM CONTRACT
Log in to your eFit Club Advantage account with your user credentials.
Navigate to one of the following screens:
For new members, click on Primary under Member Management on the Operations page, and in the list that appears click on Add.
To edit a contract template, click Contract Templates on the Administration page.
To edit renewal terms, click on Primary under Member Management on the Operations page, and in the list that appears click on Edit Renewal.
Under Contract Terms, navigate to the Free Cycles to Start Term field.
In the Free Cycles to Start Term field, enter the quantity of free payments to apply after the contract start date. Press Save. Editing the Free Cycles to Start Term field updates the first payment due date automatically.
Finish by viewing the Total Payment Cycles field under Contract Terms. This field will automatically populate. You should see an updated number of payment cycles after editing the Free Cycles to Start Term field.
The Total Payment Cycles field displays the total number of free and paid payment cycles for the Fixed Term contract.
Note: If Account Type is Fixed Term, the new Total Payment Cycles must equal the previously existing Number of Payments plus the two new Free Pay Cycles to Start/End Term.Â
E.g. A twelve (12)-month term with a monthly payment cycle has one (1) Free Pay Cycles to Start, ten (10) Payments, and one (1) Free Pay Cycles to End Term.

C) APPLY FREE PAYMENTS CYCLES TO END OF A FIXED TERM CONTRACT
Log in to your eFit Club Advantage account with your user credentials.
Navigate to one of the following screens:
For new members, click on Primary under Member Management on the Operations page, and in the list that appears click on Add.
To edit a contract template, click Contract Templates on the Administration page.
To edit renewal terms, click on Primary under Member Management on the Operations page, and in the list that appears click on Edit Renewal.
Under Contract Terms, navigate to the Free Cycles to End Term field.
In the Free Cycles to End Term field, enter the quantity of free payments to apply before the contract expiration date. Press Save.
Finish by viewing the Total Payment Cycles field under Contract Terms. This field will automatically populate. You should see an updated number of payment cycles after editing the Free Cycles to Start Term field.
The Total Payment Cycles field displays the total number of free and paid payment cycles for the Fixed Term contract.
