Club Advantage Time Keeper

A screen-by-screen guide to the Club Advantage Time Keeper.

Time Clock Screen

From the Time Clock tab, the employee will enter their password and click Verify User.

A message will appear showing the last time the employee clocked out. The employee can click the Clock In button to start the time clock again.

A message will appear in a pop-up window with the status of employee's time.

 

Follow the same steps when clocking out of the system - the employee will enter their password, and then select Verify User. The employee can then click the Clock Out button to stop the time clock.

Another message will appear in a pop-up window with the status of employee's time.

My Timesheets Screen

On the My Timesheets tab, the employee will enter their password and click Verify User.

From the Review/Submit tab the employee can review the timesheet for the current pay period. Employees can manually adjust any time that wasn't recorded, however managers are allowed to make adjustments on any employee timesheet before submission into the system.

At the bottom of the window, the employee can Save the timesheet if any adjustments were made manually, add relevant comments, and then Submit the timesheet for approval.

From the Reports tab the employee can view and print a report of their timesheet for their records by highlighting My TimeSheets, and then selecting Generate Report. The MyTimesheets report looks and functions similarly to other other Club Advantage reports.

Manager Review Screen

To access the Manager Review section, the manager will enter their own password and click Verify User.

This is where the manager can review and approve timesheets for all employees. Once a timesheet is approved, no other adjustments can be made for that employee. Select the employee whose timesheet you want to review.

Select the hours and minutes from the drop-down boxes to adjust the time as necessary. At the bottom of the page, the manager can make comments explaining to the employee what was changed. The manager can then select Save Timesheet.

A message will appear when the timesheet has been adjusted and saved.

A manager can print out a report for any or all employees by selecting the Reports tab, highlighting the desired employee(s) and then selecting Generate Report. The Time Clock report looks and functions similarly to other Club Advantage reports.

User Admin Screen

The manager can add or edit users through the Time Keeper as well. From the User Admin tab, the manager will enter their own password and click Verify User.

The manager then has the option to add new users or modify existing users in the system directly from this screen.

This is the screen you will see when adding a new user. This will allow you to set the user ID and password, define the level of security access and also enter any commission information for the employee. The manager will click Submit when finished.

When the manager selects Modify A User, they are able to choose the desired user by clicking their name.
