  • Support Tickets: You can you use this option anytime you need to contact eFit Financial directly. Click on the “Create a ticket” link on the Club Advantage main screen and it will take you to the form you need to fill out. You can use this form to contact customer service, technical support, management, or development. Simply enter your name, email address, subject, club ID or account number, and a description of why you need to contact us. An eFit Financial representative will respond to your ticket shortly.

  • User Guides: Here you will find step-by-step explanations of how to complete common tasks and find information in Club Advantage.

  • FAQ’s: You can ask questions here and view frequently asked questions by other users regarding the Club Advantage software.

  • Community Forum: You can also ask questions in our forum area and get answers from other users.

  • Feature Requests: Have you ever thought, “I wish eFit had that feature?" Now you have a place to go to put in your feature requests.

 

Did you know about these free eFit Financial features?

  • Time Keeper: Need a way to track your employees’ time? We’ve got the answer! Our free timekeeper is an easy and accurate way to track all of your employees’ time, review submitted timesheets, and prepare reports so they are ready for your payroll system.

  • Point of Sale & Inventory Control: The eFit Financial P.O.S. system allows you to create your own product categories and suppliers, track inventory, scan products, create UPC bar code labels, print receipts, issue refunds, and process all sales transactions. It also allows for house-charges, giving members the convenience of charging items to their regular bank or credit card membership account already on file in your eFit system.

  • Guest & Prospect Tracking: As an extension of the Member Check-in Program, you may also log and track your guests and prospects. This feature can help you systematically track guest usage and prospects inquiring about membership, in hopes of turning both into new sales for the club. Special reporting is provided for guest and prospect tracking.

We also offer these other services for a small add-on charge.

  • Member Access Portal: Your members have the convenience of accessing their personal account via the internet. We can provide a member portal from your website or they can be directed to the eFit website to gain access. Once there, they can review account information and authorize a payment via credit card. The eFit Financial Support staff can also assist you in creating a virtual store to sell your products online. The virtual store can provide a gateway for additional revenue for your health club.

  • Bar Coded Membership Cards: With our exclusive Custom Membership Card Service, you only pay for the cards you need now, with no large pre-purchases required. One of the most common aggravations for many club owners is the timely processing and distribution of membership cards and keeping the cost of this process in-line. eFit Financial can handle your membership card needs economically and efficiently by printing and sending cards directly to your members or sending them right to your club for distribution.

  • Custom Reports: Custom Reports are available and can be made to your specifications. Have an idea of what you want out of a report, but you're not sure if we offer it? Give us a call or create a support ticket and we’ll walk you through the entire process of finding an existing report or requesting a custom report to meet your needs.
