Overview Of Membership Agreement Lookup
We have created a new way on how our clubs look up their contracts. Moving forward, clubs will be able to bring up their current members' agreements along with their past agreements as well. We will be going through all the features in this Overview of Membership Agreement Lookup.
How to Find the New Membership Agreement Lookup
There are two ways to bring up Membership Agreement Lookup -Administration page under Agreements, and the Member Profile for the member.
Administration->Agreements->Contracts
You can access the Membership Agreement Lookup by going to the Administration Page.
The link for Membership Agreement Lookup is under the Agreement section, and labelled Contracts.
Member Profile
You can also bring up the Membership Agreement Lookup by going into Member Profile and going to the member’s account. Once there you can select the Agreements link near the bottom of the page, and the member's contracts will appear.
Club Administration and Member Administration Lookup
When selecting the Contracts link from the Administration page this is what will appear.
The Find a Member screen and the Manage Contract screen.
Search for the member you would like and their contracts will appear under the Manage Contract screen.

We will be going through all the fields here. There are four main fields we will be focusing on:
Type
Date
Actions
Blanks
Type Section
The Type section is where you will be able to see what Type of agreement was processed. There are four types of agreements that will appear here:
New: Â (Not pictured) This will appear for any Brand New Agreement.
Renewal: This will appear for any Renewal on a member's agreement
Replacement: This will appear for any Replacement agreement processed on a member's account.
Null: This will appear for an agreement that was archived before tracking of the agreement types.
Date Section
The Date section will inform you of the exact date and time that the agreement was processed.
For example: You can see the Renewal on this account was processed mid-day on March 11, 2014.
This useful for when a member wants a print out of an agreement from the past. You will be able to quickly determine which agreement you should provide.
Actions Section
The Actions Section will allow you to Edit Signatures, Print, or Email a member's agreement.
Selecting Print
When you select Print the member's agreement will appear as a PDF. As you can see, you can View the contract as well before printing.
Once you have chosen the correct agreement you can Print it out as needed.
Selecting Email
When you select Email under actions this screen will appear.
If the member has an active Email address on file under their Member Profile, their Email Address will appear in the To section.
If not it will appear blank and all that will need to be done is to add their Email Address into that field.
Once you have the Email Address under the To field all you will have to do is select Send and the member's agreement will be sent as an attachment to the member.
Blank Section
The Blank Section will allow you to print out a Blank Contract, Easy-Pay Authorization Form or Terms and Conditions.
By selecting any of these links they will pop up and appear letting you to be able to Print them out for copies or manual sign up.
