Navigating The New Member Portal
Welcome to the Member Portal. Once you log into your member account, the icons on the right will take you to your Dashboard, Profile, Schedule, Enroll, Marketplace or Sign Out. These icons are on your right when viewing with your browser, or at the bottom of the screen when viewing on a mobile device. On your mobile device, the sign-out option is the three dots in the upper right.

Dashboard
The Dashboard will give you a quick view of any alerts/messages, upcoming classes that your have pre-booked, remaining sessions purchased and upcoming scheduled payments.
Profile
The Profile section gives options to view/edit your Profile, Personal Details, Manage Memberships, Manage Invoices, Recurring Payments and Payment Methods.

You can add a picture by clicking the “pencil” to upload your profile image.
Questionnaires
If your organization has assigned any waivers or questionnaires to you, you will see those under the Questionnaires option. You can view any completed questionnaires, or fill out any unfinished ones.
Notification Settings
Update your communication preferences by choosing how you would like to receive emails or texts from your organization. Note: Your organization can confirm if they will send you texts, emails or both.
Health Information
Enter any Emergency Contacts, Heath Insurance Information, or Additional Information that your organization may require.
Manage Users
Here you can add additional members that are attached to your account or edit existing members. If you are purchasing memberships for other people, you can add them here. You can add up to 5 users. Click Add User to add a member or Edit User to edit current members. Note: You can also add users/members while you are purchasing a contract. See the section under Enroll.
Personal Details
Click here to add/update contact information.
Manage Memberships
Click here to view your current contracts. You can pay any past due amounts or view/download invoices or your signed contract PDF.
Manage Invoices
Here you can view, download or email any past invoices or pay any unpaid invoices.
Recurring Payments
Click here to manage any recurring payments. Click Edit to update the credit card link to that contract or recurring payment.
Payment Methods
Click here to manage your credit card or bank account information. You can edit any current cards on file or add additional cards.
Schedule
Viewing Your Schedule
You can view your personal schedule, or any sessions/classes booked for any of the members linked to your account. Click My Schedule and choose the member from the drop down on the right to view their upcoming sessions or classes.
Booking a Class or Private Session
To book a session, click Schedule. You can filter by staff member, appointment type or location. You can search by day, week or month. Click the schedule options in the upper right if your organization offers different types of schedules. Typically, group classes or private appointments.
Click on the class you would like to book and choose the member that is booking the session. Then click Book Now. That class is now added to “My Schedule”.
If your organization offers private training or lessons, choose the private option from the schedule drop down and click on the available timeslot. Choose the member and Book Now.
Enroll – Purchasing Memberships
Choosing Your Membership
Click the Enroll tab to purchase memberships offered by your organization. Click the membership you would like to purchase and click Join Now.
Selecting Members and Payment Information
The terms or the membership are pre-set by your organization. You can select up to 5 users to add to this membership or click Manager Users to add/edit additional members.
Select your Payment Method or add a payment method as needed and click Review Contract.
Signing the Contract
The contract will have several sections for your signature. Sign with your mouse, finger or tablet pencil and click Checkout.
Completing the Sale
Once the contract is signed, click Complete Sale. Your initial invoice and contract copy will be emailed to you.
Marketplace – Purchasing items from your organizations store.
Purchasing Items, Sessions or Session Packages from the Store
Click the “shopping cart” icon to purchase items that your organization has made available in the online store. You can search for specific items, or search by category or price point. Click the item to add to your shopping cart.
Check Out
Click the “shopping cart” icon in the upper right to check out.
Completing Your Purchases
Click Complete Purchase to bring up the purchase window. Add/update your payment profile as necessary and click Complete Purchase again. Your invoice will be emailed to you.
