Below is a lesson on How to Suspend a Member's Access through Brivo Member Maintenance.

The first step to Suspend a Member (Hosted Only) in the new Brivo Member Maintenance is to go to the members Brivo Member Maintenance page.

You can access this two ways on the Operations page - by going directly to Member AdministrationBrivo Members or by going onto onto the Member MaintenanceProfile for the member (pictured above).

Brivo Member Maintenance and the Member Brivo Status

Once you have Brivo Member Maintenance, you will see that the member has a Brivo Status of Active. This will need to change to Suspend.

On the right side you will see a link that says Suspend. Run you mouse to that link and select it.

Confirmation

Now that you have selected the Suspend link a confirm screen will appear asking if you are sure you would like to Suspend access for the member. Please run your mouse and select Yes.

Finished

Now that you have selected Yes you will see a message on the top appear informing you that the member has been Suspended and does not have access at this time.
