This help article will show you how to Freeze or Terminate a contract.

Freeze A Terminate a Contract

  • Click on the on Members tab and pull up the client

  • Click Account

  • Click Contracts

  • Select View Freeze in the Actions drop-down menu

  • Select the Adjustment Request

It will open up the following dialog box

Write in the Adjustment instructions of what you would like us to adjust for you. You may choose freeze from the Note Types.

Submit Request. We will respond within 24-48 hours.

  • Click on Members and pull up the client

  • Click Account

  • Click Contracts

  • Select Terminate
    NOTE: A prompt will appear asking if you're sure that you would like to terminate the contract.

Another way to terminate contracts is to:

  • Select the Account tab

  • Select the Autorenewals tab

  • Select Terminate next to the contract
    NOTE: A prompt will appear asking if you're sure that you would like to terminate the contract.

  • Account>Contracts

  • Select Terminate from the select action drop-down.

  • The next screen will allow you to “cancel contract with nothing further due”. This will cancel the contract going forward and any past due invoices. Or you can cancel with a final payment due, for example if the contract requires 30 days notice, you can cancel starting the next month.

  • If this member(s) will no longer be coming to the club at all, choose the radio button next to the name(s) and click on Yes. You can choose No and keep the member active if you are cancelling in order to add a replacement contract.
