Once you have clicked the link a pop up screen will appear looking like this:
...
Member Only Mode: Mode where Members Check in themselves. This mode is a Light Version of the Admin User Mode, which we will be going over in detail.
(A Scanner/PC Prox Reader is required for Member Only mode to function properly)
Admin User Mode: Has all the features we offer, and will most likely be the mode you will be using. We will be going over this mode first.

...

...
If you would like to find a guest or prospect, you can Find the Guest or Prospect in question through the search function within Guest and Prospect.
It does not have the same functionality as Member Maintenance where a G&P checks in and the members information will appear.

Classes
(In this section we will be going over how to check in members into their classes/activities. If a member is on a Session Activity Package it will NOT RECORD THE SESSION from this feature, so please make sure to record these sessions as normal)
...
When a member is signed up for a Class/Activity and they scan in within 2 hours before that Class or Activity starts, the screen above will appear before the normal Main Admin screen.
You will see the name of the Class/Activity, the time at which they will be attending, and the instructors name.
You will also see a grey X. This grey X means that the member has not yet checked in for their class.
For a member to check in all that has to be done is a "click" of the mouse anywhere on the text of the Class/Activity in question.
Classes 2
...
Once you have clicked on the text, the Grey X will be replaced with a Blue Check, stating that the member has been checked in.
You can then select the Back Button.

...
This completes the Admin User Mode walk through of Live FCCS. We will now be going over the Member Mode.
Member Mode
Member Mode is a "light version" of the Live FCCS.
...
This mode is perfect for facilities that have Classes/Activities in rooms. With this mode you can place check in kiosks next to these rooms, which can be left on at all times, and will only allow the act of checking in.
Please note: when using Member Mode, the facility is REQUIRED to have a scanner/PcProx reader, as there is no function to manually check in members. If a member does not have their check in card/keytag they will not be able to check in.
Member Only
...
Activating Members Only mode is easy. On the FCCS log in screen you will enter your User ID and Password, and then select the Members Only Mode radio button.
You will then hit the Login button below.
Member Only 2
...
Once logged in you will be forwarded to the Main Admin page in Member Only mode. As you can see it looks like the Main Admin page in admin mode, but without any of the features that would have appeared on the right.
Member Only 3
...
When a member scans in they will see all of the basic information for their account along with any of their messages, but as mentioned none of the other member related features will be available.
If a member is signed up for a Class/Activity, they will be able to check in for that Class or Activity.
Member Class in Member Only Mode
...
When a member checks in with a class or activity scheduled, they will still get the normal screen showing the class/activity. Clicking on that class or activity will check them in.
Member Class in Member Only Mode 2
...
As in Admin Mode, the X will be changed to a check mark. The Back button will be displayed to return to the main page.
Member Class in Member Only Mode 3
...
After selecting Back you will be forwarded to the Main Admin screen, showing the member’s basic information along with any messages, including messages regarding the class/activity.
