The Live Front Counter Check In System or Live FCCS for short is a new way where your facility can check in your members for attendance and so much more. Below is a detailed user guide to assist you with all of the features of Live FCCS.
Splash Screen

Once Live FCCS is enabled for your facility, All you will have to do is log into you your Club Advantage Software and you should will see it appear on the Home Tab of the Splash screen, off to the right hand corner. To turn it on Click the Icon

Login Screen

Once you have clicked that button the link a pop up screen will appear looking like this:

This is the new Live FCCS.
You will have to log in again to turn it on using the Log in using the same User ID and Password that you would use to log in to the Club Advantage software.
There are also 2 modes you can choose from. The Member Only Mode and the Admin User Mode.
Member Only Mode: Mode where Members Check in themselves. This mode is a Light Version of the Admin User Mode and , which we will be going over later in the manualdetail.
(A Scanner/PC Prox Reader is required for Member Only mode to function properly)
Admin User Mode: Has all the features we offer  and , and will most likely be the mode you will be using. We will be going over this mode first.

As mentioned previously, type in your User ID and Password in the proper sections and select the proper Radio Buttons on the appropriate Radio Button for which mode you would like to be logged into.
We will first be going over the Admin User Mode.

Sign out of FCCS

Logout Sign out of FCCS implies exactly that.
It essentially logs you out and turns off the FCCS
So if you select that button
It logs you out and forwards .
Once logged out, it will forward you back to the login screen.
Member Search

Next we will go over the MemberWhen you select the Member/Guest Search Button this screen will appear:

Member/Guest Search allows you to check in members/guests without the use of a Bar code Barcode scanner.
When you select the Member/Guest Search Button this screen will appear.
You are able to search for the Here you can search for any member/guest using their First or Last Name, Account ID, Member or ID, Alternate Account ID numbers , or any Phone Numbers on file for the member in question. The Status Drop Down allows the search criteria to search for only Active, Inactive, Pending or All members. Once you have entered any information on those files the relevant information in the corresponding field, click SearchAlso, say if .
If you have a Barcode or Prox card has been found and you want and would like to know whom it is attached to the , you can place the number on from that card under Bar Code and click Search.
Once the member you are looking for is found. All you have to do is , you will be able to click their name.
Example of a non restricted account

Once you have clicked their name you will be forwarded back to the Main Admin Page with the members information appearing.

Restrictions can be past due account,non active account,pending account etc. etc.
If these restrictions are on an account when a member checks in they should not be using the facility or will need to consult with management or staff to discuss their account.

This is an example of an account that has a restriction on it. You can notice that under Billing Status it says past due:

You can Restrictions on an account can be: past due account, non active account, pending account, etc.
You will also notice 2 member messages appearing in red that say say: Your Account is restricted from use at this time, and Your account is Past Due. Please see the Front Desk.
If any of these restrictions appear when a member checks in, they should not be given access to the facility and should instead consult with management or staff to discuss their account.
Preferences

Preferences are is where you are able to change the notification messages that which appear on FCCS, and also also the corresponding Audio that plays.
Messages
Under By default, under the Active Member Message section it says: It says "Have a great workout". So anyone Anyone that checks in and is an active member without restrictions will have that message will appear on the screen.
If you would like to change that message all you have to do is Delete the current message and type in the message you prefer. Once typed in Select select the Save FCCS Preferences button below, and that message will be saved.

Underneath the Active Member Message section is the Check In Successful Audio where it saysthe default is: Active Member Female. So anyone Anyone that checks in and is an active member without restrictions that will activate this audio message, which will be played play over the speakers that are directly connected to the computer they are using for using Live FCCS.
If you would like to change the Audio all you have to do is select the dropdownwhich Audio plays, select the corresponding dropdown list, and a wide range of audio files are therewill appear. You select can preview the file you want and you can preview it by select audio file by selecting it, and then clicking the Play button off to the right.
Once you approve it select have decided on a file to use, click the Save FCCS Preferences button to save your adjustments for the Audio.
Club Attendance

Next up is the Club Attendance feature

The Club Attendance feature is essentially a running list of who has attended the facility in the last 24 hours.
You will be able to see their Name, Pass Date, Member ID, Membership Code and Attendance Type.
This is not a Member Attendance Report. You will still need to go through reports to bring up that information.
Member Maintenance

Now we have Member Maintenance

Selecting the Member Maintenance field without anyone checked in it will bring up Member Maintenance as it normally would in Club Advantage,
But if If a member is has checked in, Say a Member who, has and they have a restriction on their account, if you can select the Member Maintenance button that members which will cause that member's Member Maintenance page will to appear.
Member Maintenance has full functionality, so any adjustments saved will appear as they should.

Prospects

Next up is Guest and Prospect.
If you would like to sign up a Guest/Prospect. Instead of having to go without going back into Club Advantage, you can select this button, and it will forward you to Guest and Prospect Tracking.
Say if If you wanted would like to find a guest or prospect, you would have tocan Find that the Guest or Prospect Prospect in question through the search function in within Guest and Prospect.
It does not have the same functionality as Member Maintenance where a G&P checks in and the members information will appear.

When a member checks in and does not have a photo attached to their account this is what it will look like. :

If your facility has a Logitech Webcam attached to the computer, you are will be able to take pictures of existing members here.
Once a member checks in you can click on the Profile Picture, then select the Take Photo link to begin the process.

The Camera Preview Area is to the left of the is what the picture will look like before you take it.
Once the picture is to your liking, you will can then select the Take Capture Photo link on the left to take the picturephoto.
If you wish to get out of this Camera Preview Area, select the Cancel Photo link.

Once you have taken the photo you will be re-directed back to the Main Admin screen with the picture appearing off to the left.
If you like the picture you will then select the Save Photo link.

The photo will also appear on the Member MaintenanceProfile page for that member as well off on the top left hand corner.
Classes

(This section we will be going over how to check in members into their classes/activites, if a member is on a Session Activity Package it will NOT RECORD THE SESSION from this feature please make sure you still record your sessions as normal)
So when a member is signed up for a Class/Activity and they scan in as they normally do, roughly 2 hours before that Class or Activity starts, this screen will appear before the normal Main Admin screen.
You will see the name of the Class/Activity, the time at which they will be attending, and the instructors name.
You also see a grey X. This grey X means that the member has not checked in for their class.
For a member to check in all that has to be done is a "click" of the mouse anywhere on the text of the Class/Activity in question

The Grey X is replaced with a Blue Check stating that the member has been checked in.
Then you can select the Back Button

And you will be forwarded to the Main Admin page as normal with all of the members info and a message telling you that the member is attending a class.

Member Mode
Member Mode is a "light version" of the Live FCCS.
Its essentially This mode is where members check themselves in, and no other features like in the Admin User Mode are available.
Member Mode’s primary use is for checking members in at a kiosk which is unattended by staff.
This mode is perfect for facilities that have Classes/Activities in rooms. Clubs can potentially have With this mode you can place check in kiosks next to these rooms, which can be left on at all times strictly for , and will only allow the act of checking in.
Now if this mode is onPlease note: when using Member Mode, the facility is REQUIRED to have a scanner/PcProx reader as you cannot manually check in a member in the mode.is REQUIRED to have a scanner/PcProx reader, as there is no function to manually check in members. If a member does not have their check in card/keytag they will not be able to check in. There is no manual check in available in this mode
Member Only

To turn on Members Only mode is easy. On the FCCS log in screen you will use your User ID and Password and then making sure to select the Members Only Mode radio button.
You will then hit the Login button below

Once logged you are forwarded to the Main Admin page in Member Only mode. As you can see it looks like the Main Admin page in admin mode but without any of the features that would have appeared on the right.

When a member scans in you they will see all of the basic information on their account and their messages as well but as informed no other features are available
If a member is signed up for a Class/Activity they are able to check in for that Class or Activity

So when a member checks in with a class or activity scheduled they will still get the normal screen showing the class/actviity. They will "click" on that class or activity
