Delete Contract

Deletes contracts and all associated invoices. Should only ever be used to remove a contract that was created due to an error, such as an auto/renewal that was not cancelled before it took effect.

Recalculate

The recalculate tool allows you two do two things, freeze the contract between two dates, and recalculate the contract. Freezing the contract will remove any invoices in the date range you specify. Recalculating sends a request to APS for a record of all payments made within the date range, and then reapplies them to the invoices in myVolo. We use this as a way to re-sync the account with APS. There is also the option to recalculate the whole contract which just sets the recalculate dates to the contracts start date through todays date.
